Remote Café is a focus and ambient-sound app. This policy explains the information used by the iOS and web versions of the service.

Information we use

The iOS app stores focus history, collectibles, and preferences on your device. You can use its free features without creating an account. If you subscribe, Apple processes the payment and RevenueCat receives an app user identifier and subscription status so the app can unlock Pro.

On the web, Supabase stores account details and app activity when you sign in. Stripe processes web payments. RevenueCat receives your Supabase user identifier and Stripe subscription identifier so Pro status can be recognized across supported platforms.

Analytics and service providers

We may use Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, or PostHog to understand app usage and improve the service. Our providers process information under their own privacy terms and only for operating the service.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Remote Café, comply with law, or protect the service. Information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription through your Apple Account and a web subscription through the billing portal. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, contact us.
